Winter Lane Properties - Located along the Tenderfoot chairlift, these fully furnished condominiums, duplexes and private homes include: Bitterroot, Lotus, Telemark and many others.

• Bitterroot Condominiums
  These unit are a one + bedroom, two bath unit that sleeps up to six people. The single large bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. These sleeping areas are separated by a partial wall. In the living area there is a queen Murphy bed with an accordion wall which converts the area into a second bedroom. This property is all on one level with a kitchen, dining table, TV w/VCR, one bathroom with a tub/shower and the other with shower only. The living area has a large walk-in storage/dressing area. The living area has large picture windows with a sliding glass door leading to a deck. Rentable units are units 3, 6-10 & 12.
  
  
• Lodgepole Lower & Upper
  This is a three story duplex located a short distance from Chair #3 allowing for easy access to the slopes and all base area facilities. Both units have fully equipped kitchens with all silverware, dishes and cooking utensils provided. The upper unit has approximately 800 square feet, the lower has approximately 1,200. This unit has wonderful views of the mountain! The upper unit was remodeled in November of 2002 with all new kitchen appliances and new furniture.
  
  Fall of 2006 a 32" flat screen with DVD was installed in the living area and a 27" TV with DVD/VCR in the bedroom was installed. Wireless High Speed Internet is availabl. Also recently installed was a shared balcony between the lower and upper property with a Weber gas grill.
  
  
• Lotus Complex
  Lotus is a four-story (no elevator) five unit complex located right next to Chairlift #3 slopes with easy ski-in/walk-out accessibility. All units have fully equipped kitchens with all silverware, dishes and cooking utensils provided. All linens are furnished. Lotus 1 has approximately 1,080 square feet. All Lotus properties have a heated garage and heated ski lockers at the street level. Lotus has ski in access and ski out access is across the road.

  Telemark 4 is a three story townhome located only a short distance from Chair #3, which allows for easy access to the slopes and base area facilities. The fully equipped kitchen has dining seating for up to 8 people. There is a one car garage with a bench for boot removal and a heated drying room for ski storage. A washer and dryer are provided for guest use. The building exterior was updated with a cedar and rockwork finish in 2004. Telemark 4 added air cooling in the master bedroom and the living area to make your stay in the summer a pleasure; a great property for your winter or summer vacation!
  
  Sleeping Arrangements:
  The master bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin log bunk beds. All linens are furnished for guest use and new mattresses, pillows and linens were added to all the beds.
  
  Other Comments:
  Telemark 4, approximately 1,950 square feet, is a three bedroom, two and a half bath property. The main floor includes a dining room, kitchen, half-bath and living room with a balcony offering views of the slopes.
  The second level features two bedrooms and a full bath, plus a master bedroom, bath with shower, with a balcony off the master.
  
  The living area has a wood burning fireplace, TV with DVD player and spectacular views of the mountain and village. This property also has a VHS library for a cozy evening of movies. This convenient and homey property features complimentary wireless High Speed Internet service for guest use.
  
  
• Flat Creek
  Flatcreek is a cozy split level private home located above Big Mountain road close to Chair #3 allowing convenient access to the slopes as well as base area facilities. This single family home has a kitchen fully equipped with all silverware, dishes, and cooking utensils provide.
  
  Flatcreek, approximately 1,050 square feet, is a three bedroom, two bath single family home. The main level of this house consists of the kitchen, dining area, living room, and walk-out deck. The living room features a convenient gas fireplace for those wintery nights.
  
  The middle level includes one bedroom, two baths with shower, washer and dryer. Two more bedrooms (one with a vanity), each with access to the upper deck complete the top story. There are TVs with DVD players in both the living room and master bedroom for guest convenience.
  
  The views of the ski area from the interior of this property, as well as from the decks are among the best of any home on Big Mountain! Flat Creek Lodge also offers complimentary High Speed Internet access in the living room.

  This property is located in the Winter Lane subdivision, it is a two story duplex, which offers ski in/walk or shuttle out accessibility. Both units have fully equipped kitchens with all silverware, dishes and cooking utensils provided. All linens are furnished. Both units have been recently been remodeled and refurnished. Mountain House Lower is located on the lower level of the duplex.
